1. Introduction Welcome to Lead Generation Institute LLC (referred to as “LGi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We offer marketing services primarily through the use of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, including but not limited to sales automation, marketing automation, and website visitor identification solutions (Identity Resolution).

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services LGi provides lead generation and marketing services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Sales Automation Services
• Marketing Automation Services
• Identity Resolution Services
• Any other marketing services as described on our website
